2.3 Financial Data via Third-Party Services

We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect to your business bank accounts for payment reconciliation purposes. When you connect your bank account through Plaid:

  • Plaid collects your bank login credentials, account information, and transaction data.
  • We receive transaction data from Plaid solely to match incoming payments against outstanding invoices.
  • We do not store your bank login credentials.
  • We do not permanently store transaction data; we only scan it to identify payment matches.
  • Your use of Plaid is also subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative notifications, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends

  • Match bank transactions with invoices for payment reconciliation
